SLF Executive Team

Dan Brewer, Chief Fund Manager

Dan is the owner of Bridge Capital Management, as well as Founder and Chief Fund Manager of Senior Living Fund and its affiliated funds. Dan has 35+ years of business experience, including 25+ years as an executive and principal in real estate investment, capital placement and management. He brings extensive knowledge and key relationships in the senior housing sector.

Mark Shader, Chief Operating Officer

Mark brings strong operations management skills to the SLF team through his 30+ years of experience in business consulting, real estate investment and development, financial analysis and management. Mark currently serves as Chief Operations Officer for Senior Living Fund, LLC and its affiliated entities.

Rick Maner, Chief Financial Officer

Rick brings over 30 years of financial management experience, mostly focused on financial services industry. Rick oversees all of the accounting operations including financial reporting, cash planning, and managing external audit relationships and the Funds tax reporting.

Investor Support Team

Jack Gallagher, Investor Relations Manager

Oversees the processing of investments, investor file maintenance, post-fund audits, and portal management. Additionally, the processing of investor payments, document delivery, and state filings

Jeff Bomberger, Investor Relations

Responsible for daily communications with new and existing investors, including marketing campaigns, inbound/outbound calls, and emails. Provides overall knowledge of our Funds and projects.

Catherine Mackey, Investor Relations

Responsible for daily communications with new and existing investors, including marketing campaigns, inbound/outbound calls, and emails. Provides overall knowledge of our Funds and projects.

Ellen Likens, Investor Relations

Processing of investments, investor file maintenance, post-fund audits, and portal management. Additionally, the processing of investor payments, document delivery, and state filings.

Operations & Administration Team

Chad Smith, Controller

Coordinating all accounting functions, preparing internal and external financial statements, managing the budget process, providing information to management to assist in the decision-making process.

Brian Colgan, Field Operations Manager

Responsible for communication with operators and developers during construction, operations, stabilization and exit. Monitors project pace and financial performance to ensure alignment with SLF Fund projections.

Jacob Fehr, Lead Business Analyst

Responsibilities include research, modeling, asset and deal valuation, financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, risk evaluation, and deal timeline. Coordinates with field operations to collect and evaluate financial and performance data on current fund assets to track performance and assist management with investment decisions.

Cecilia Brewer, Senior Business Analyst

Analyzes specific projects to assist in the creation of new funds; assesses performance of current funds; assists in financial analysis and modeling.
